ORDER TIME

All orders are shipped in order in the order they are received. The majority of orders ship the same or next business day. We pride ourselves in shipping orders as soon as possible. We strive to do this but can not guarantee every order will ship within this time frame. Orders are only delayed if - CC Info isn't complete, suspicion of fraud, oversold, or simply a very large influx of orders. Orders going Air Service will not be placed ahead of Standard Service. They go out in the order they where received. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following business day. (Example - if you place an order on Friday at 1PM EST it will not be shipped until Monday). Shipping methods only guarantee the transit time with UPS.

 

What are your shipping regulations for orders shipped out of the US?

Because of the growing concern over Internet fraud and the general imperfect process of verifying International Orders we have made certain requirements necessary in order to complete orders billed or shipped overseas:

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges. The Shipment Carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) prepays these charges before shipment is commenced. ShopDirect4U assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to the U.S.

  

RETURN POLICY

 

To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require RMA #. Packages without RMA # will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# you can fill an online application or directly contact ShopDirect4UŽ Technical Support at (800) 780-7307. Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by ShopDirect4UŽ), returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by ShopDirect4UŽ within 14 days of the original invoice date. Refunds and replacements will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. ShopDirect4UŽ is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box. All shipments should be sent to: ShopDirect4U only!!!

  

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Once an order is placed it is automatically processed and in most cases can not be cancelled. Your credit card is charged immediately.
The return/refund of any product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by ShopDirect4UŽ within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software or printers. After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.

- Once your order for Plasma TV is received and accepted, it cannot be cancelled.

- Once your Special Order is received and accepted, it cannot be cancelled.  

Open-Box Items

• Return for replacement within: non-replaceable

This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. ShopDirect4U.com often sells items that are listed as "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear this limited no refund policy through ShopDirect4U.com. ShopDirect4U.com cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or ShopDirect4U.com) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you purchase an Open-Box product you will receive an OEM BAREBONE item, meaning you will only receive the item itself. Accessories are NOT INCLUDED with Open-Box products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item to function properly.

- THERE IS NO REFUNDS for refurbished products (Exchange Only).

- Clearance products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All Sales final.

 

Jurisdiction

ShopDirect4U is a Ohio corporation and you agree that any legal action brought against ShopDirect4U shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of or orders placed through ShopDirect4U.com will be adjudicated in the county of Lake, Ohio by an appropriate federal or state court.
